01 / Acceptance

Using the site means you accept these terms.

These terms apply to the decost.ai public website, guides, calculators, downloadable resources, and contact form. Stop using the site if you do not accept them. You must have legal capacity to agree to these terms on your own behalf or for the organization you represent.

02 / Information and tools

Use the results as inputs to your own review.

The guides and public tools provide general educational and planning information. Results depend on the values, classifications, prices, and assumptions you provide. They do not benchmark live models, inspect your production systems, or verify savings.

Check prices, calculations, licenses, quality, security, latency, reliability, and operating requirements before acting. You remain responsible for decisions made from site content or tool output.

03 / Your data

You control the data you enter into the public tools.

Browser-based tool inputs remain on your device under the current implementation. You are responsible for your right to use any data you enter or import. Do not send confidential information through the public contact form. The Privacy Policy explains current data handling.

04 / Consulting services

A separate agreement governs paid work.

A contact inquiry or fit conversation does not create a client relationship, confidentiality duty, service commitment, or obligation to accept work. Paid consulting starts only after the parties sign a separate agreement that defines scope, fees, deliverables, data handling, ownership, and other engagement terms.

05 / Acceptable use

Use the site lawfully and without disrupting it.

You may not:

• Interfere with the site, bypass access controls, or test vulnerabilities without written authorization.
• Use the site to transmit malware, unlawful material, spam, or deceptive submissions.
• Misrepresent tool output as verified by decost.ai or as a guaranteed business result.
• Copy or redistribute protected site content beyond rights granted by law or an applicable license.

06 / Ownership and licenses

Licenses travel with the relevant resource.

decost.ai and its licensors retain their rights in the site design, text, graphics, software, and branding. A downloadable resource may include its own license. That license controls your use of that resource. For example, the Production AI Cost Review Skill includes an MIT license in its download package. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

07 / Third-party services

Third parties control their own services and policies.

The site may link to providers, documentation, or other external resources. decost.ai does not control their availability, content, security, or terms. Review the third party's terms and privacy practices before using its service.

08 / Disclaimers

The public site and tools are provided as available.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, decost.ai disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted operation. The site may contain errors or become unavailable. decost.ai may change or remove public content and tools.

09 / Liability

Applicable law limits this provision.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, decost.ai will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of the public site. Where applicable law does not allow an exclusion, liability is limited only to the extent that law permits.
